Standard Hil Breakfast

Nonfat plain greek yogurt and strawberries (thawed from frozen) drizzled with honey, 1/2 toasted Ezekiel English muffin with old fashioned peanut butter, and a mug of Tazo Sweet Orange herbal tea.  I love this breakfast.  It is highly nutritious and filling, with plenty of fiber, protein and healthy fat.  And the flavors balance each other really well.
