Breakfast for a Hot Day

Plain nonfat greek yogurt topped with unsweetened granola, half of a banana and a drizzle of agave nectar, and a mug of ginger tea.  I like this breakfast because it is easy and fast and doesn’t heat the house up at all.  On a hot morning, sometimes I just can’t stand the thought of eating something hot.  This is a much tastier and more filling option than cold cereal.
