Scrambled eggs for dinner

One of my favorite no-time-to-cook sort of dinners is an omelet with a side salad.  However, tonight my omelet started to stick, so I turned it into a scramble instead.  So I ended up with scrambled eggs with fresh rosemary and a bit of crumbled goat cheese.  To go with it, I just dressed some of my farmers market baby spinach in leftover homemade balsamic dressing.  The spinach was so good!  Much more tender than the stuff I normally get in the grocery store.  I overdressed it a bit, but it was still yummy.  Spinach is one of my very favorite foods.
