Tilapia with Roasted Zucchini and Summer Squash

Dinner tonight was simple spice rubbed tilapia and a side of roasted zucchini and yellow summer squash with feta and fresh basil.  The recipe for the zucchini side come from the fabulous Kalyn over at Kalyn’s Kitchen.  It was a colorful, delicious way to use my farmer’s market produce and it made for a very filling dinner.  The husband does not like feta, so I cooked half of the veggies with low fat mozzarella for him.
