Quick Update

Breakfast was my old favorite: strawberries and Greek yogurt drizzled with agave syrup and half of a toasted Ezekiel English muffin with natural peanut butter.


Lunch was black bean and corn salad, low fat string cheese and a Granny Smith apple, supplemented by a serving of Kashi crackers.


And for an afternoon pick me up, I had a light rye cracker spread with natural crunchy peanut butter.


Dinner is cooking away right now, and I think that it merits its own post.  Wait until you see what I’m doing with the green beans I bought at the market yesterday!
