Spaghetti with Fried Egg


Tonight was a clean-out-the-fridge night.  Nights like that can sometimes lead to lackluster dinners, but this was a great dinner made of nothing but pantry staples.  We just some whole wheat spaghetti with tomato sauce and some minced herbs (I’m still trying to use them up) and topped each bowl with a perfectly fried egg.  Yummy, homey, comfort food.

To go with, I had the rest of my cashew carrot ginger soup with some minced ginger and cilantro.
